ARCH102 Exercise 5-Jury
In this exercise-jury, I want to create a topography with a circulation. This topograhy is used by people accprding to different purposes. From bottom to the main space, I give a direction for people by creating nature stairs. While I was doing this, I want to create subspaces in that direction. In the main area, there are different ways which are going to different directions. I used two of the directions to reach the top of the highest hill. In the middle high of this hill, I defined a space for eating and sitting, watching the view.
ARCH102 Exercise 4
In this exercise, I want to create a space for an exhibition. This exhibition consists of six paintings of Monet. I used the folded plate structure type. There are six walls for the six paintings and they are covered with a folded plate at the top.
ARCH102 Exercise 3
In this exercise, me and my groupmates try to create a truss system in our design. Then we cover the truss by plaster. We did this because this covered truss system has a same structural system with the bird beak from nature. In the bird beak there is a keratin and it refers to plaster in our design. In addition, the truss system refers to bones with spaces.
ARCH102 Exercise 2
In this exercise, I want to create a space for a baby who cannot walk. There should be no sharp corners. In addition to this, there should be a smooth and continuous space for the baby to crawl. There are borders to define space more successfully and they give direction to baby when she/he is crawling.

ARCH102 Exercise 1
In this exercise, we made a hanging mobile which includes three main colors and three cubes. Each cube is made by same material but they have different sizes. There is a rule about connecting these groups together. There are three groups, each of them consist of a cube and three main colors. Each of this group connects to other group from the same part of it. There is a difference in sizes because of making the mobile more balanced.
